From a Spanish-style activity, to a romantic and mellow evening, your guests will find this enchanting place to be very special.  The romantic setting at Hacienda Loma del Sol is excellent for a small wedding party. Up to 60 guests can quite comfortably be accommodated here; or stay here and use the sister facility ‘Hacienda Siesta Alegre’ which accommodates up to 590 seated guests and specializes in large events).   Events during the Villa stay will have an additional charge.

Event Pricing

There is a venue rental fee that covers the rental of the venue for a 6 hour event.  This does not include renting the house overnight.  The rental fee includes cleaning staff and on-site personnel.

If you rent the house for three (3) nights, we will provide a 20% discount off of the event venue rental fee.

Site Inspection Appointments

We would love to show you Villa Loma Sol by appointment only! Please write to us or call to set a day and time to show you Loma Sol.  We are unable to site it while guests are staying, so please make an appointment in advance to verify availability.  Appointment hours are from 9:00 am-1:00 pm during the week days of Monday through Friday.  Please call 787-887-7500 (Office) or (787) 408-5421 or email info@lomasol.com.

Venue Rental Includes:

• Exclusive Rental of the 16-acre estate
• Capacity to seat 60 people
• Series of intimate terraces, lawns; the entire villa is open to your guests – including Living room, Kitchen, and Pool area.

• Availability of 5 bedrooms on-site and 6 additional luxuriant guestrooms at neighboring sister property of Hacienda Siesta Alegre
• Limited On-site Parking – Auxiliary Parking is available.
• Fully Furnished & Staged Décor- from couches surrounding the fireplace to  lounge areas and unique décor items, the stage is fully set for your special evening.

• Restrooms with fresh linens and luxury amenities

More Details:

• The residence will be at your disposal for the entire day, providing plenty of time for various suppliers to set-up. We can supply you with information on suppliers that we use regularly at the Villa such as caterers, wedding planners, flowers, cake, photographer, etc..  You may bring in your preferred vendors at no additional charge.
• The residence will be in excellent condition the day of the event.  We will provide cleaning staff that will be present before, during and after the event to maintain the facilities. There will also be a supervisor present.
• We also require a liability insurance, of which we will provide you the information.  Please estimate $150.00.  If there are minors attending we will also send you our child release form.

Payment Schedule:

All final payments are to be made via Cash, Money order, Checks, Visa, Master Card, and American Express and are based on the Final Guaranteed Number.  Payments with Visa, Master Card, and American Express are subject to a 2% processing fee .

• A nonrefundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure the date you have selected. All deposits will be applied to the final bill. Should you need to cancel the date, your deposits will be used to cover the administrative fees and cannot be refunded.

Wedding Services:

Villa Loma Sol reserves it’s rights for the Bar, tables, and chairs, and we have an extended variety of suppliers that we recommend. You may bring in your own suppliers if you wish

Wedding services includes the following:

• Venue Rental for 6 hours (does not include overnight stay)
• Open “Full Bar” Package  for 4 hours
• Bartenders and Support Staff
• Tables, Chairs (Tiffany), Basic Linens  (basic colors in poplin fabric), and Napkins
• Glasswear
• Set-up and Breakdown of Equipment

• Equipment Delivery and pick-up
• Insurance
• All service charges, taxes, gratuities and tips
